Yorn

Yorn was a private digital health and healthcare analytics company focused on improving patient and customer experience through real-time feedback collection and data integration. Its platform linked patient-generated feedback with clinical and operational data streams, including electronic health record and device data, to help healthcare organizations identify issues across the care continuum and improve satisfaction, compliance, and operational performance. The company described its core approach as "Experiential Telemetry" and offered a mobile, HIPAA-compliant feedback platform for healthcare settings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Yorn also developed SymCheck, a contactless health screening and compliance platform for workplaces and live events. Yorn was acquired by CLX Health in a transaction completed on December 29, 2021, and was reported publicly in January 2022.
