ZeeCRO

ZeeCRO Inc. was a contract research organization (CRO) that operated as the successor to the original AAIPharma Inc. following a major corporate restructuring in 2009. Based in Cary, North Carolina, the company provided comprehensive clinical development services, including Phase I-IV trial management, bioanalytical testing, and regulatory consulting for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The name change occurred after the divestiture of AAIPharma's pharmaceutical development and manufacturing division to Water Street Healthcare Partners, which retained the AAIPharma brand name. Shortly after its rebranding, ZeeCRO's various business units were acquired by other organizations, with its bioanalytical division sold to Kansas Venture Capital (becoming KCAS) and its clinical research operations integrated into INC Research (now Syneos Health).
