Overview
ZT‑031 (Ostabolin-C), a proprietary cyclic parathyroid hormone analog, demonstrated strong bone formation activity with rapid onset and clinically significant increases in bone mineral density at low toxicity doses. The subcutaneous formulation completed a successful 12-month Phase 2 trial in postmenopausal women with low bone mass. Intranasal and inhaled versions were also developed through partnerships.[6] The company planned to enter Phase 3 trials before restructuring as Azelon Pharmaceuticals.[7] As Azelon, the nasal spray ZT‑034 entered early clinical studies.
