Zenitar (also known as Zeling Bio) is a late-clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in 2019 and based in Chengdu, China. The company integrates structural biology, artificial intelligence, and clinically relevant disease models to develop highly differentiated small-molecule therapies with first-in-class or best-in-class potential. Zenitar's proprietary R&D engine is powered by three core platforms: ZeniFold (structural biology), ZeniMind (AI-driven drug design), and ZeniScreen (disease model screening). Its pipeline features eight proprietary assets targeting critical unmet needs in hematology, oncology, central nervous system (CNS) disorders, and immune-inflammatory diseases. The company's lead candidates, flonoltinib maleate (a JAK2/FLT3/CDK6 inhibitor) and purinostat mesylate (a selective HDAC I/IIb inhibitor), are currently in Phase 3 registrational clinical trials.
