ZENworks Yoga

ZENworks Yoga is a Cleveland-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides evidence-based yoga and mindfulness programming to children, families, and educators in underserved communities. Founded in 2010 by Sonya Patel and officially incorporated in 2013, the organization aims to build resilience, improve focus, and foster emotional well-being through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. Their core offerings include in-school programs for Pre-K through 12th-grade students, professional development for school staff, and corporate wellness initiatives under the 'ZEN @ Work' brand. Operating primarily in Northeast Ohio, ZENworks Yoga utilizes a trauma-informed approach to address the mental health crisis and rising stress levels among urban youth and their support systems.
