Company intelligence / Profile preview
Zephyr Sleep Technologies developed the first FDA-cleared at-home device—MATRx plus—for identifying patients with obstructive sleep apnea who would benefit from oral appliance therapy. The technology was validated through three clinical studies involving over 280 patients. Despite commercial launch in North America and partnerships with major dental companies, operations ceased in June 2021 after unsuccessful fundraising during the COVID pandemic.
