Overview
ZygoFix’s zLOCK system is a minimally invasive, screwless spinal implant designed to stabilize the facet joint for lumbar fusion. Clinical studies in Europe since 2018 have shown long-term pain reduction and radiographic evidence of bone growth. The device received FDA clearance in May 2024 based on compelling clinical evidence from European trials. The technology reduces surgical trauma, procedure time, and risk of complications compared to traditional pedicle screw systems.
