二十六味通经散 (Ershiliuwei Tongjing San) is a traditional Tibetan medicine (TTM) formulated as an oral powder, developed and manufactured by Xizang Ganlu Tibetan Medicine. It is a complex multi-ingredient preparation containing 26 components, including Saffron (Crocus sativus), Myrrh, and various Himalayan herbs. The medicine is primarily indicated for gynecological conditions such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, and postpartum abdominal pain caused by blood stasis. In the framework of Tibetan medicine theory, it functions by regulating 'blood' and 'wind' (Lung) disorders to restore balance to the female reproductive system and alleviate pain. It is an approved pharmaceutical product in China, holding the National Drug License Number Z54020073.
