健都牌密骨胶囊是一种中国保健食品，主要用于中老年人群以增加骨密度、辅助防治原发性骨质疏松症。其配方基于“肾主骨”理论，结合现代营养学和中医药成分，包括鸡蛋壳（提供天然钙）、大豆异黄酮（植物雌激素）、淫羊藿（传统补肾壮阳药材）及维生素D。动物实验和临床研究显示，该产品可有效维持腰椎及髋部的骨矿密度，对缓解因原发性骨质疏松导致的腰背疼痛有一定作用[3][6][7]。本品为口服制剂，每粒0.5g，建议每日2次，每次2粒[3]。
