十八味杜鹃丸 (Shiba Wei Dujuan Wan) is a traditional Tibetan medicine manufactured by Xizang Ganlu Tibetan Medicine. It is an oral pill formulated from 18 natural ingredients, with Rhododendron (*Rhododendron anthopogonoides*) serving as a primary component. In the framework of Tibetan medicine, it is indicated for the treatment of 'Long' (Wind) and 'Blood' disorders. Clinically, it is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, gout, neuralgia, and joint swelling or pain. The formulation works by dispelling wind, unblocking collaterals, and promoting blood circulation. It is an approved pharmaceutical product in China, carrying the National Drug License Number Z54020023.
