十八味降香丸 (Shiba Wei Jiangxiang Wan) is a traditional Tibetan medicine (TTM) manufactured by Xizang Ganlu Tibetan Medicine. It is formulated as an oral pill containing 18 natural ingredients, with *Dalbergia odorifera* (Jiangxiang) as a primary component. According to traditional Tibetan medicine principles, the formulation is designed to clear 'blood-heat' and 'bile-heat' and regulate 'Qi.' It is clinically indicated for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders, including chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, and gallstones.
