十八味降香丸 (Shiba Wei Jiangxiang Wan) is a traditional Tibetan medicine (TTM) manufactured by Xizang Ganlu Tibetan Medicine. It is formulated as an oral pill containing 18 natural ingredients, with *Dalbergia odorifera* (Jiangxiang) as a primary component. According to traditional Tibetan medicine principles, the formulation is designed to clear 'blood-heat' and 'bile-heat' and regulate 'Qi.' It is clinically indicated for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders, including chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, and gallstones. It is used to alleviate symptoms such as jaundice, pain in the liver region, and loss of appetite. The product is approved in China and carries the National Drug License Number Z54020027.
