Overview
四价流感病毒裂解疫苗（ZFA02佐剂） (ZFA02-adjuvanted Quadrivalent Influenza Split Vaccine) is an investigational prophylactic vaccine developed by Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biologic Pharmacy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhifei Biotech. It is an inactivated, split-virion vaccine targeting influenza virus antigens from four strains, with its primary biological target being the influenza virus surface antigen hemagglutinin (HA). The vaccine incorporates ZFA02, a proprietary adjuvant developed in-house by Zhifei, which is designed to enhance both humoral and cellular immune responses against influenza virus antigens. It is indicated for the prevention of influenza caused by the influenza virus strains covered by the vaccine. As of 2026, the vaccine is undergoing Phase I/II clinical trials in China.
