安晴岚 (Anqinglan) is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), developed by Nanjing Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. As a generic version of palbociclib, it functions by blocking the transition of cells from the G1 to the S phase of the cell cycle. This is achieved by preventing the CDK4/6-mediated phosphorylation of the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein. The drug is specifically indicated for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer. It has received marketing approval in China, providing a localized therapeutic option for oncology patients.
