珊瑚癣净

珊瑚癣净 (Shanhu Xuanjing) is a topical antifungal and antibacterial formulation developed and marketed by Shenqi Pharmaceutical. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of fungal skin infections, including tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea manuum (hand fungus), and onychomycosis (nail fungus). The formulation contains a combination of active ingredients: compound coral ginger tincture (derived from *Alpinia officinarum*), salicylic acid, and acetic acid. Salicylic acid and acetic acid provide keratolytic and antiseptic properties, helping to exfoliate infected skin layers and lower the local pH to inhibit microbial growth, while the coral ginger tincture contributes direct antifungal activity. It is typically administered as a soak, where the product is diluted with warm water and the affected area is immersed for approximately 30 minutes.
