Overview

疫建01 (Yijian01) is a heat-shock-protein-based cancer vaccine platform developed by Foshan Rexiu Biotechnology. The vaccine utilizes the molecular chaperone heat shock protein gp96 (endoplasmin) to bind and present 27 tumor dormancy antigens. Upon administration, the gp96-antigen complex is taken up by antigen-presenting cells (such as dendritic cells) via Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and CD91 (low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1). This interaction facilitates MHC class I and class II cross-presentation, leading to the activation of antigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. 疫建01 is designed to clear dormant tumor cells and reduce the risk of multiple cancers. It is in development for individuals with breast nodules, lung nodules, liver cysts, polyps, uterine fibroids, renal myomas, fatty liver, chronic inflammation, elevated tumor markers, oncogenic viral infections (including HBV, HCV, HPV, and EBV), or a family history of cancer.
