芎蛭通络胶囊

芎蛭通络胶囊 is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) capsule formulation primarily indicated for the treatment of sequelae of stroke during the recovery period, particularly for patients presenting with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Its therapeutic actions include replenishing qi, promoting blood circulation, and unblocking collaterals. The drug is composed of multiple Chinese medicinal herbs and animal-derived substances, including Ligusticum chuanxiong (川芎) and Hirudo (水蛭), among others. Pharmacologically, it is reported to reduce infarct area, inhibit platelet aggregation, decrease blood viscosity, delay carotid thrombosis, and inhibit inflammatory factors like Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), thereby inhibiting neuronal apoptosis and improving neurological function. It aims to improve symptoms such as hemiplegia, limb numbness, facial distortion, speech difficulty, and body fatigue.
