西瓜霜润喉片 (Watermelon Frost Throat Lozenges) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) lozenge developed and manufactured by Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Sanjin Group). It is an approved over-the-counter (OTC) Class B medication in China, formulated with active ingredients including watermelon frost (a processed mixture of watermelon and mirabilite), borneol, peppermint oil, and menthol. The product is indicated for clearing the voice, moistening the throat, reducing swelling, and relieving pain. It is commonly used to treat symptoms associated with acute and chronic pharyngitis, acute and chronic tonsillitis, oral ulcers, stomatitis, and gingivitis.
