10C6 is a murine monoclonal antibody (IgG1, κ) specifically targeting the canine CD22 (CD22c) antigen. Developed primarily for the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in dogs, it serves as a comparative oncology model for human B-cell malignancies. The antibody exhibits high affinity (Kd ≈ 1.21E-10 M) and efficient internalization upon binding to CD22. It has been evaluated in radiolabeled forms, including [111In]-10C6 for SPECT-CT imaging and [64Cu]-10C6 for PET-CT imaging, to facilitate disease staging and dosimetry. Future applications include radioimmunotherapy (RIT) using isotopes like Yttrium-90 ([90Y]) or Lutetium-177 ([177Lu]).
