Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**10D7-MMAE** is an investigational CDCP1-directed antibody-drug conjugate developed in preclinical studies for solid tumors. It couples the anti-CDCP1 monoclonal antibody 10D7 to the microtubule-disrupting cytotoxin monomethyl auristatin E through a lysosomal protease-cleavable linker. Binding to cell-surface CUB domain-containing protein 1 promotes internalization of the antibody-target complex and intracellular release of MMAE, causing tubulin disruption and cytotoxic cell death. Preclinical studies reported selective activity in CDCP1-expressing pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and ovarian cancer models, including inhibition of xenograft growth after intravenous administration.
