Drug intelligence / Profile preview
10F.9G2 is a monoclonal antibody clone that specifically targets and blocks mouse Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1). It is a rat IgG2b, kappa antibody widely utilized in preclinical research to investigate the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway and its role in immune regulation and cancer. By binding to PD-L1, 10F.9G2 prevents its interaction with the PD-1 receptor, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses. In the provided context, 10F.9G2 was evaluated in combination with regorafenib in a bladder cancer mouse model (MB49 cells), where the combination therapy demonstrated enhanced therapeutic efficacy by modulating the tumor microenvironment, increasing CD8+ T cell infiltration, and repolarizing macrophages from M2 to M1 phenotypes.
