The **11-valent recombinant human papillomavirus vaccine** is an investigational prophylactic HPV vaccine produced in *Hansenula polymorpha*. It is intended to induce humoral and cellular immune responses against 11 HPV antigens, supporting prevention of HPV infection and HPV-associated cervical precancerous lesions, genital warts, and related anogenital disease. It has been evaluated in Chinese females using a three-dose intramuscular regimen at months 0, 2, and 6, with Phase III clinical evaluation registered in women aged 9–45 years.
