111-In-DOTA-cG250 is a radiolabeled chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX), also known as G250, which is highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma and some other tumors. The antibody cG250 is conjugated to the chelator DOTA and labeled with the radioisotope indium-111, enabling its use as a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical for imaging via single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). By binding specifically to CAIX-expressing tumor cells, it allows for non-invasive localization and assessment of tumors using gamma scintigraphy. Its primary development has been in the context of neoplasms, particularly metastatic renal cell carcinoma[1][4][5].
