Overview

**111In-Accum-trastuzumab** is a preclinical, Accum-enhanced HER2-targeted radioimmunoconjugate program being developed for HER2-positive solid tumors, including tumors resistant to established HER2-directed therapies. It uses trastuzumab for HER2 recognition and indium-111 as an Auger-electron-emitting radionuclide. Defence Therapeutics' Accum intracellular-delivery technology is intended to promote endosomal escape and nuclear localization after HER2-mediated cellular uptake, positioning indium-111 near DNA to produce localized radiation-induced DNA damage and cancer-cell killing.
