Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**111In-DTPA-cT84.66** is an investigational radioimmunoscintigraphy agent comprising the chimeric human/murine IgG1 anti-carcinoembryonic antigen antibody cT84.66, conjugated to diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid and labeled with indium-111. The antibody selectively binds carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 on CEA-producing tumors, enabling SPECT imaging, biodistribution assessment, and radiation-dosimetry estimation. It was administered intravenously in clinical studies, including as a 5 mCi/5 mg imaging dose in patients with localized or limited metastatic CEA-producing colorectal cancer undergoing surgical resection. Imaging was used to evaluate tumor targeting and to identify patients potentially suitable for subsequent yttrium-90-cT84.66 radioimmunotherapy.
