Drug intelligence / Profile preview
111In-DTPA-IL1RAP is a radiopharmaceutical imaging probe consisting of an anti-interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAP) monoclonal antibody (clone B-L43) conjugated with diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) and radiolabeled with the gamma-emitting radionuclide Indium-111 (111In). Developed as a theranostic agent, 111In-DTPA-IL1RAP is designed for single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging to detect IL-1RAP-positive hematological malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It serves as a companion diagnostic to select patients and monitor target expression for anti-IL-1RAP chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies.
