Drug intelligence / Profile preview
111In-DTPA-ITGA6B4 is a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody used as an immuno-SPECT imaging probe that targets integrin α6β4, a cell-surface receptor overexpressed in certain human cancers such as pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The conjugate consists of a monoclonal antibody (ITGA6B4) against integrin α6β4, chelated with diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA), and labeled with the gamma-emitting radioisotope indium-111 (111In). Upon intravenous administration, 111In-DTPA-ITGA6B4 selectively binds tumors with high expression of integrin α6β4 and can be visualized by single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), making it a tool for non-invasive tumor imaging and localization in preclinical cancer models[2][5].
