**111In-DTPA-NLS-hIgG** is a radiopharmaceutical agent consisting of human immunoglobulin G (hIgG) conjugated with a diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) chelator, a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) peptide, and labeled with the radioisotope indium-111 (111In). As a non-specific IgG construct, it functions as a control or comparator for targeted radiopharmaceuticals in preclinical studies, especially in research involving anti-leukemia therapies and biodistribution studies. Its primary indication in the literature is as a non-targeted control for the evaluation of radiolabeled antibody constructs, rather than direct clinical use[3].
