Drug intelligence / Profile preview
111In-TJD-31 is an investigational single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging tracer designed for the detection and characterization of solid tumors. It consists of a targeting moiety (TJD-31) labeled with the radioactive isotope Indium-111 (111In) that specifically targets placental alkaline phosphatase (ALPP), a cell-surface protein highly expressed in various malignant solid tumors but rarely found in healthy adult tissues. Developed by Yonghe Medical in collaboration with Tuo Jiding (Jiaxing) Pharmaceutical Technology, 111In-TJD-31 is being evaluated in exploratory clinical trials to assess its safety, biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, radiation dosimetry, and diagnostic performance in patients with malignant solid tumors.
