Overview

11C-HY-2-15 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical developed for PET imaging of alpha-synuclein fibrils in the brain. It's designed to quantify abnormal alpha-synuclein deposits in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease (PD), multiple system atrophy (MSA), and progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). The radiotracer is being investigated to compare uptake patterns between patients with these conditions and non-Parkinsonism volunteers.
