Overview

11h is a small molecule phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor being developed by Goldenrod Therapeutics for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy. By inhibiting PDE enzymes, 11h prevents the degradation of cyclic nucleotides such as cAMP and cGMP, which play critical roles in regulating neuroinflammation and neuronal signaling. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage, having demonstrated in vivo activity in models of Multiple Sclerosis and remaining in the discovery phase for Epilepsy.
