**124I-evuzamitide is a first-in-class, non-invasive pan-amyloid PET imaging agent specifically designed for the detection of systemic amyloidosis.** It consists of a synthetic pan-amyloid binding peptide labeled with iodine‑124, functioning as an amyloid-specific radiotracer to detect all types of systemic amyloidosis by PET/CT imaging. In clinical trials, it has demonstrated the ability to identify multiple types of amyloid deposits—including ATTR and AL—in major organs such as the heart, kidney, liver, and spleen.
