**124I-humanized 3F8** is a radioimmunoconjugate composed of the humanized monoclonal antibody hu3F8 labeled with the positron-emitting isotope iodine-124. The hu3F8 antibody specifically targets GD2, a disialoganglioside highly expressed on neuroblastoma and other tumors such as melanoma and sarcoma. By binding to GD2 on tumor cells, the radiolabeled antibody enables PET imaging for tumor localization and dosimetry assessment.
