16055 NFL delta Gly4 trimer is an HIV envelope (Env) protein trimer designed using structure-guided approaches to create a stable, native-like conformation of the HIV envelope glycoprotein. It is being developed as a potential HIV vaccine component, currently in Phase 1 clinical trials as part of heterologous prime-boost regimens combined with Trimer 4571, 3M-052-AF + Alum adjuvant, and Ad4-Env145NFL viral particles. The vaccine aims to elicit broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV.
