**177Lu-DOTA-chCE7** is an investigational anti-L1 cell adhesion molecule radioimmunoconjugate for targeted cancer therapy. It comprises the internalizing chimeric monoclonal antibody chCE7, conjugated to DOTA and labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide lutetium-177. Binding to L1CAM promotes tumor-cell-associated retention and internalization of the radioimmunoconjugate, delivering cytotoxic radiation to L1CAM-expressing tumors. Development has been preclinical, with ovarian cancer xenograft studies demonstrating antitumor activity; it has not been identified as a marketed product or clinical-stage program.
