**177Lu-FAPI-FUSCC** is a radiopharmaceutical designed for targeted therapy of advanced malignant solid tumors expressing fibroblast activation protein (FAP). It consists of a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) molecule labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide lutetium-177 (^177Lu^). The drug specifically binds to FAP, which is highly expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts in the tumor microenvironment of many epithelial cancers. Upon binding, the radioactive payload delivers localized radiation to tumor tissue while sparing most normal tissues. This approach enables both imaging and therapeutic ("theranostic") applications. The compound has demonstrated stability in biological media and promising anti-tumor efficacy in preclinical models and early clinical studies. The "FUSCC" designation indicates development or association with Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center.
