177Lu-FC335 is a therapeutic radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) developed by FindCure Biosciences. It consists of a peptide ligand targeting fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPα) conjugated to the therapeutic beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium-177 (177Lu). FAPα is highly expressed in the tumor microenvironment of various solid tumors, including pancreatic, lung, esophageal, and gastric cancers, but has low expression in normal tissues. By binding to FAPα, 177Lu-FC335 delivers targeted radiation directly to the tumor stroma, inducing DNA damage and cell death in FAPα-positive solid tumors. The candidate has entered investigator-initiated trials (IIT) in China.
