177Lu-GQ9001 is a next-generation radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) developed by GeneQuantum Healthcare. It consists of a high-affinity nanobody targeting Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope Lutetium-177 (177Lu) via a proprietary linker and the intelligent Ligase-Dependent Conjugation (iLDC) platform. Designed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), 177Lu-GQ9001 aims to optimize pharmacokinetics by enhancing tumor accumulation and retention while minimizing renal uptake compared to small-molecule radioligands like Pluvicto (177Lu-PSMA-617). Early clinical data indicates a favorable safety profile and potent therapeutic efficacy, including significant reductions in PSA levels and superior tumor-to-background ratios in patients.
