Drug intelligence / Profile preview
177Lu-INN805 is a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical developed by FindCure Biosciences (ZhongShan) Co., Ltd. It consists of the beta-emitting radioisotope Lutetium-177 (177Lu) conjugated to INN805, a ligand that specifically targets Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP). FAP is a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed in the cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) of the tumor stroma in various malignant solid tumors, including head and neck cancer, thyroid cancer, non-small cell lung squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, and sarcoma, while showing minimal expression in normal tissues. Upon binding to FAP in the tumor microenvironment, the compound delivers localized ionizing radiation, inducing DNA damage and cell death in both the stromal and adjacent malignant cells. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to determine its safety, dosimetry, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors.
