177Lu-Lumi4-anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical developed by Lumiphore for the treatment of HER2-expressing solid tumors. It consists of an anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium-177 (177Lu) using Lumiphore's proprietary Lumi4 macrocyclic bifunctional chelate (mBFC) technology. The antibody component targets the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), delivering targeted radiotherapy directly to cancer cells. This approach is being explored for various HER2-positive malignancies, including breast, gastric, ovarian, lung, and endometrial cancers, as well as salivary duct carcinomas.
