177Lu-NY108 is an investigational radiopharmaceutical consisting of the anti-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) monoclonal antibody NY108 conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium-177 (177Lu). Developed by the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University, it is designed for targeted radionuclide therapy and SPECT imaging of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The NY108 antibody component specifically targets PSMA, a protein highly expressed on the surface of prostate cancer cells, allowing for the localized delivery of ionizing radiation to tumor sites while minimizing damage to healthy tissues. It is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials to assess safety, biodistribution, and imaging potential.
