Drug intelligence / Profile preview
177Lu-NY129 is an investigational radiopharmaceutical candidate developed by Norroy Bioscience. It is designed to target acid phosphatase 3 (ACP3), also known as prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), which is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells but virtually absent in most healthy tissues. By conjugating the ACP3-targeting ligand with the beta-emitting radionuclide lutetium-177 (177Lu), the drug selectively delivers targeted radiation to prostate cancer lesions, offering a potential therapeutic and diagnostic (theranostic) alternative or complement to PSMA-targeted radioligand therapies.
