Drug intelligence / Profile preview
188Re-NM-01 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic radiopharmaceutical consisting of a camelid-derived single-domain antibody (nanobody) targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide rhenium-188 (188Re). Originally developed by NanoMab Technology and licensed to Radiopharm Theranostics, the agent is designed to deliver targeted beta radiation directly to PD-L1-expressing tumor cells, primarily for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By utilizing a small single-domain antibody, 188Re-NM-01 achieves rapid tumor penetration and fast blood clearance, minimizing off-target radiation exposure to healthy tissues.
