Drug intelligence / Profile preview
18F-DualFAPi-7 (also known as 18F-DualFAPi or DualFAPi-7) is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent being developed by TetraKit Technologies. It is a fluorine-18 (18F) labeled dimeric fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPi) designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of FAP-expressing tumors. The agent utilizes a dimeric FAP-targeting scaffold to enhance tumor retention and binding affinity, coupled with a fluorine-18 beta-plus emitter to enable high-resolution PET imaging of the tumor microenvironment.
