Overview

18F-FlutraHexin (also known as TVX-01) is a preclinical-stage, fluorine-18 labeled radiopharmaceutical PET imaging agent developed by TetraKit Technologies in collaboration with TRIMT. It is a fluorine-18 labeled analog of the gallium-68 labeled PET tracer Trivehexin, designed to target the αvβ6 integrin (integrin alpha-V beta-6), a cell surface receptor overexpressed in various epithelial cancers, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). 18F-FlutraHexin utilizes TetraKit's proprietary tetrazine ligation click chemistry platform for rapid, high-yield radiolabeling, enabling high-resolution PET imaging of αvβ6-positive tumors.
