Drug intelligence / Profile preview
18F-FlutraTate (also known as OCT-TBD) is a preclinical-stage, fluorine-18 (18F)-labeled radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent developed by TetraKit Technologies. It is designed as a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging tracer targeting the somatostatin receptor (SSTR) for the detection and management of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). The agent utilizes an octreotate-related targeting ligand conjugated to a fluorine-18 beta-plus emitter, leveraging TetraKit's proprietary tetrazine-based click chemistry platform to achieve rapid and efficient radiolabeling.
