Overview

18F-G1 is a novel radioactive tracer designed for use in Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) imaging. It specifically targets granzyme B, a serine protease released by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells during immune responses. The primary application of 18F-G1 PET/CT is to assess the early response to immunotherapy in patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies, aiding clinicians in patient stratification and treatment regimen adjustment by identifying those who will benefit from immunotherapy and avoiding unnecessary side effects.
