Drug intelligence / Profile preview
18F-LNC1017 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical developed by LNC Pharma. It is an 18F-labeled positron emission tomography (PET) tracer designed to target the cholecystokinin B receptor (CCK2R), which is overexpressed in several neuroendocrine and epithelial tumors. The agent is primarily being developed for the visualization and staging of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and medullary thyroid cancer (MTC). By binding specifically to CCK2R, 18F-LNC1017 allows for high-contrast PET imaging to detect primary tumors and metastatic lesions.
