Overview

18F-LY3950321 (also known as 18F-MNI-1256) is a radiolabeled positron emission tomography (PET) tracer developed for use as a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical. It targets granzyme B, an enzyme involved in immune cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and is used to enhance PET imaging by acting as a **granzyme B modulator**. The primary goal of its development has been to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and radiation dosimetry in healthy subjects. The drug was developed by Avid Radiopharmaceuticals and has reached early Phase 1 clinical trials focused on biodistribution and safety assessment in healthy volunteers[1][2][3][4][5].
