18F-PSMA-1007 is a fluorine-18 labeled radiopharmaceutical small molecule used as a diagnostic imaging agent for positron emission tomography (PET) in patients with prostate cancer. It specifically targets the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), a protein that is significantly overexpressed on the surface of prostate cancer cells.
