Overview
**18F-SynVesT-1 is a radiopharmaceutical used as a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging tracer for quantifying synaptic density in the brain. It is a potent and selective ligand for synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A (SV2A), which is present on presynaptic vesicle membranes throughout the central nervous system.
